Malay is a Chief Growth Officer at LeadSquared, a B2C CRM platform company that accelerates client’s digital transformation journey. LeadSquared helps companies get higher share of revenues coming through digital channels and engages customers across channels (web, social, email, chat, SMS, whatsapp, landing pages, IVR and field sales). LeadSquared also optimizes sales and marketing processes through front end automation. Prior to LeadSquared he spent two decades in the management consulting profession working with firms such as EY, McKinsey, Alvarez & Marsal and Infosys Consulting Inc. He has strong experience advising clients in areas such as go-to-market (GTM) strategy, digital transformation and transaction advisory.
