Ashish brings an overall experience of over 16 years. He holds rich experience in business intelligence linked with Big Data Analytics. He has worked extensively on the apt development of Tech and Innovation, to extrapolate business linked with omnichannel customer life cycle management. He is currently heading the Direct Distribution Vertical at Xanadu Realty and oversees key areas of sales  like consultative selling, business translation, Big Data Management with Machine Learning, Prospect Portfolio Management and many more.

Venu has a successful track record in setting up Start-Ups in the field of Real Estate, EdTech, Media and more. As the VP of Business Development and Sales at LeadSquared, Venu defines his journey as starting from Key Account / Product Manager - in metric and process-driven companies, to building business models from scratch – in both B2B & B2C domains. He has exposure and experience in multiple leadership roles across industries. He currently heads the Inside Sales Team who are responsible for growing the main revenue pipeline at LeadSquared.
